If you're in Venezuela and a family member or friend in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Ecuador, or the Dominican Republic wants to send you money, they can do it with no fee. You don't need an El Dorado account: you receive directly via Pago Móvil.
Important: if you are in Venezuela, you cannot create an El Dorado account, because we do not operate in Venezuela; you also don't need one. You just give your Pago Móvil details to the person sending from abroad, and that person must live in one of the countries where we operate.

What you need to do
Have your Pago Móvil details ready:
Bank name
ID number (cédula)
Phone number
Share them with the person who's going to send you the money.
That person makes the transfer from the El Dorado app.
You receive the money via Pago Móvil, usually within 5 to 30 minutes.
You don't need to install anything or create an account. Just give your Pago Móvil details to the person sending the money.
