Validate your identity on El Dorado with an official document and a selfie.

📖 Step-by-step guide

  1. Access the verification section

    • If you didn’t complete the process when creating your account, go to Profile → Identity Verification (KYC).

  2. Start the verification

    • Tap “Verify my Identity (KYC)” to begin uploading your information.

  3. Select and upload your ID document
    You can use one of the following documents:

    • National ID (DNI or local ID card).

    • Passport.

    • Residence Permit (Temporary or Permanent).

    • Driver’s License (valid in Brazil, Bolivia, and Argentina).

  4. Take a photo of your face

    • The app will request a real-time selfie.

    • This ensures the document matches your identity.

  5. Complete the process

    • Once submitted, your verification will be reviewed automatically.

    • If rejected or if there is an issue, you can contact the Support team via in-app chat.

  • Take the selfie in a well-lit space.

  • Ensure your account information matches your document.

  • In most cases, verification is approved in under 10 minutes.

  • If manual review is required, it may take up to 24 hours.
