If you didn’t complete the process when creating your account, go to Profile → Identity Verification (KYC).
Start the verification
Tap “Verify my Identity (KYC)” to begin uploading your information.
Select and upload your ID document
You can use one of the following documents:National ID (DNI or local ID card).
Passport.
Residence Permit (Temporary or Permanent).
Driver’s License (valid in Brazil, Bolivia, and Argentina).
Take a photo of your face
The app will request a real-time selfie.
This ensures the document matches your identity.
Complete the process
Once submitted, your verification will be reviewed automatically.
If rejected or if there is an issue, you can contact the Support team via in-app chat.
