📖 Steps to complete your KYC
Go to your profile
In the app, go to Profile > Identity Verification (KYC).
Tap “Verify my Identity (KYC)”
Start the validation process by entering your personal information.
Upload your documents
You can use one of the following:National Identity Document (DNI)
Passport
Residence Permit (Temporary or Permanent)
Driver’s License (Brazil, Bolivia, Argentina)
Take a selfie
Upload a photo of your face to confirm it matches the document.
Wait for validation
The system will review your information.
If approved, you’ll gain access to deposits and withdrawals according to your level.
If rejected or there’s an issue, you can contact support for assistance.

The process is managed by a secure external provider (SumSub).
The information you provide is protected and used exclusively for identity verification.
El Dorado complies with its Privacy Policy and applicable regulations on personal data processing.
