How to withdraw your USD from Bank of America to your El Dorado Dollar Account (ACH/Wire)

Make a deposit from your Bank of America account to El Dorado.

Bank of America allows you to send ACH and Wire transfers. To receive funds in your El Dorado Dollar Account, use the bank details provided in the app.


Step 1: Log in to your Bank of America account

Do this from the web for an easier process. Once the account is added, you can also send from the app if you wish.


Step 2: Go to the payments and transfers section

In the menu select: Pay & Transfer → Send a Wire or ACH Transfer


Step 3: Indicate the country where the account is located

Select United States, as your El Dorado Dollar Account belongs to a U.S. bank (Lead Bank).


Step 4: Add a new recipient

Press “Add new recipient” to register your Dollar Account.


Step 5: Select the account type

Check:

  • Personal Checking Account

  • My account

Your El Dorado Dollar Account is a checking account.


Step 6: Complete the recipient details

Open the El Dorado app and go to the Dollar Account section to find your account details. There you will find:

  • Beneficiary's Name and Surname

  • Bank Address

  • Account Number

  • Routing number

  • Account Type → Checking Account


Step 7: Finalize and send

Once the account is added, you can send your USD via ACH or Wire.

  • ACH transfers are credited in less than 3 business days, while Wire transfers are credited in 1 business day.


Done!

Your El Dorado Dollar Account will be available as a beneficiary in Bank of America so you can withdraw your funds whenever you want.
