Main requirement
To send to destinations with automatic settlement, you need your identity verification at Level 2 (KYC L2), with no exceptions.
Are you at Level 1?
If you're still at Level 1, you'll be able to start the process, but sending with automatic settlement won't be enabled until you complete Level 2 verification. You can complete it from the app, in the verification section of your profile.
Why is it required?
It's part of our security and compliance controls to operate with the provider that processes these transfers.
