Everything within a single operation

Updated over a month ago

What are Shipments?

Shipments allow you to send money from a payment method in your local currency and have it arrive directly in another currency and another country, all within a single operation.

You don't need to create multiple orders or perform manual conversions. We handle the process so the shipment is simple and secure.

What can I do with Shipments?

With Shipments you can:

  • Send money from your local currency

  • Have the money arrive in another currency and another country

  • Use your registered payment methods or create a new one

  • Track the shipment status step by step from a single order

The entire process is displayed as a single transaction, making it easy to follow.

How is this different from the way it worked before?

Previously, to send money between currencies, you had to:

  1. Create an order to buy

  2. Create another order to sell

With Shipments:

  • Everything happens in a single operation

  • There are fewer steps and less room for error

  • Tracking is clearer and more organized

What currencies and payment methods can I use?

When starting a shipment, you can:

  • Choose the currency and payment method you're sending from

  • Choose the currency and bank account where the money will be received

In some countries, such as Argentina or Brazil, only one payment method is available. In those cases, the system selects it automatically so you can continue.

Is my money safe during the shipment?

Yes. Throughout the entire process:

  • You can see a breakdown of the exchange rate applied

  • Your money is protected while each step is completed

  • If any issue arises, you can open a dispute so our team can step in

Additionally, you can check the status of your shipment at any time from the app.

Where can I see the process details?

Within the Shipments flow, you'll find a section called Conversion Route, where you can see how your operation is processed step by step, with full transparency.
