â FAQ
1. Do I need a bank account to register?
No. You can sign up with just your email, phone number, and a valid document for identity verification (KYC).
2. In which countries is El Dorado available?
Currently, you can register in:
Argentina
Bolivia
Brazil
Colombia
Costa Rica
Dominican Republic
Ecuador
Guatemala
Honduras
Paraguay
Peru
Trinidad and Tobago.
3. Can I register if I am under 18?
No. Registration is only allowed for people 18 years or older.
4. Why was my KYC not approved?
The most common rejections are due to photos with flash or reflections, screenshots of the document instead of the physical document, photos without the back side, or data that doesn't match the document. The good news: in most cases it's resolved on the second attempt. Check our complete guide on KYC rejection to see all the reasons, the retry checklist, and what to do if you keep getting rejected.
5. What if I donât receive the verification code?
Check your spam folder if it was sent by email.
If by SMS or WhatsApp, make sure you have coverage and the correct number registered.
If the issue persists, contact Support.
6. Can I use the same account on multiple devices?
Yes, but your account works with a primary device. When you log in from a new device, you'll need to approve it from your primary device or verify your identity by email, and that new device will become the primary one. See "How to manage your authorized devices" for more detail.
