1. Do I need a bank account to register?
No. You can sign up with just your email, phone number, and a valid document for identity verification (KYC).

2. In which countries is El Dorado available?
Currently, you can register in:

  • Bolivia

  • Brazil

  • Colombia

  • Panama

  • Paraguay

  • Peru

  • Dominican Republic

3. Can I register if I am under 18?
No. Registration is only allowed for people 18 years or older.

4. Why was my KYC not approved?
Common reasons include expired documents, unclear photos, or mismatched data with your profile. In this case, you can try again or contact Support.

5. What if I don’t receive the verification code?

  • Check your spam folder if it was sent by email.

  • If by SMS or WhatsApp, make sure you have coverage and the correct number registered.

  • If the issue persists, contact Support.

6. Can I use the same account on multiple devices?
Yes, you can log in from different devices, with a maximum of 3 devices registered at the same time. For security, verification will be required when changing devices.
