How do I create a Shipment?

Creating a Shipment is simple and takes just a few steps. Below, we explain the complete process.

Step 1: Choose what you send and what you receive

On the main Shipments screen, you'll see two fields:

  • You send: currency and payment method from which you'll send the money

  • You receive: currency and bank account where the money will arrive

Select both before continuing.

📌 In some countries, such as Argentina or Brazil, the payment method is selected automatically because only one is available.

Step 2: Select or create your payment methods

To continue, you must choose:

  • The payment method from which you're sending the money

  • The payment method where the money will be received

You can:

  • Use an already registered method, or

  • Create a new one during the process

Make sure the details are correct before proceeding.

Step 3: Review the exchange breakdown

Before confirming the Shipment, you'll see:

  • The amount you're sending

  • The final amount that will be received

  • The exchange rate applied

This breakdown shows you exactly how much will arrive at the destination.

Step 4: Check the conversion route (optional)

If you'd like more detail, you can tap the Conversion Route text.

There you'll be able to see how your operation is processed and how the shipment between currencies is completed, in a transparent way.

Step 5: Confirm the Shipment

Once you've reviewed all the information:

  • Confirm the Shipment

  • A single order will be created with the entire process included

  • You'll be able to track the shipment status in real time

What happens after creating the Shipment?

Once the Shipment is created:

  • You'll be shown the steps to make the payment

  • You'll see the available timeframes for each stage

  • You can follow the progress until the money reaches its destination
