Find out what to do at each step of the process

Updated over a month ago

How does a Shipment work once it's created?

Once you create a Shipment, the operation is completed in several consecutive stages. Each stage has a maximum time limit to ensure the process is orderly and secure.

Below, we explain each step.

Step 1: Make the payment

In this step, you must send the money from the payment method you selected.

On screen, you'll see:

  • The destination account

  • The exact amount to pay

  • A 30-minute timer

⏱ You have 30 minutes to make the payment.

Step 1.1: Mark as paid

Once you've made the payment:

  • Mark the operation as Paid within the app

  • This must be done within the same 30-minute timer

📌 Marking as paid is important so that the process can continue.

Step 2: Payment verification

After marking the payment as completed:

  • The Market Maker verifies that the money has been received

  • During this step, you don't need to do anything

⏱ This process can take up to 30 minutes.

Step 3: Shipment to destination begins (Offramp)

Once the payment is verified:

  • The money transfer to the destination bank account begins

  • The Market Maker makes the corresponding payment

⏱ This step has a maximum time of 30 minutes.

Step 3.1: Final payment verification

Once the transfer has been made:

  • You must confirm that the money arrived correctly

  • You have up to 30 minutes to verify and confirm

Once confirmed, the Shipment is complete.

What happens if a step takes longer than expected?

If time runs out at any of the stages:

  • You'll see the option to Start a dispute

  • Our team will be able to step in to help you resolve the situation

Can I close the app during the process?

Yes. You can exit the app at any time and come back later.

The Shipment status is saved and you can continue from where you left off.

📌 Important: Completing each step within the indicated time helps the Shipment be processed without delays.
