📖 Deposit options
Deposit via P2P (local currency)
Open the P2P market in the app.
Select Buy USDT.
Choose a payment method available in your country (e.g., Nequi, Mercado Pago, Pix, Yape).
Transfer the money to the seller and confirm payment.
The seller will release the USDT, which will be credited to your El Dorado wallet.
Deposit from an external wallet (USDT or USDC)
Go to the Deposit screen and select From external wallet in USDT.
Choose the token you want to deposit: USDT or USDC.
Select the network among those available for that token (see the table below).
Copy the address shown for that network and send the funds from your external wallet.
Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the balance is credited to your account as digital dollars.

Each token can be deposited on different networks. Always make sure the network of your external wallet matches the one you select in El Dorado.

💰 Network fees and minimum deposit
Arbitrum One is the only network with no deposit fee (0%).
All other networks (Tron, Ethereum, Tempo, Optimism, BSC, Polygon and Base) charge a fee of 0.25% on the deposited amount.
The network fee and minimum deposit are shown on screen when you select the network, before you confirm the transaction.
The minimum deposit may vary by network and can change from one day to the next. Check it carefully on screen before sending your funds: sending an amount below the minimum may prevent the deposit from being credited.
🔒 Important warnings
Send only the selected token (USDT or USDC) through the matching network. Sending a different token or network can cause the irreversible loss of your funds.
Note that USDT is not available on Base, and USDC is not available on Tron.
El Dorado is not responsible for funds sent with the wrong token or network.
💡 Useful tips
If you want to avoid the deposit fee, use Arbitrum One.
Always copy and paste the address directly from the app; never type it manually.
For your first deposit or for large amounts, do a small test transaction first to make sure everything works.
