When depositing from an external wallet, you must choose the token (USDT or USDC) and send through one of the networks available for that token in the app.
If you send through a network other than the one selected, the deposit cannot be credited or recovered.
Deposit with unsupported token
Only USDT or USDC deposits are accepted.
Note that USDT is not available on Base and USDC is not available on Tron.
Sending any other crypto may result in irreversible loss of funds.
Deposit not credited from P2P
This may happen if you didnāt confirm the payment or made a mistake with the reference.
Double-check the steps, and if you already paid, contact support with proof of payment.

Withdrawal to the wrong wallet or not your own
Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
If you send to the wrong or someone elseās address, funds cannot be recovered.
Using unsupported networks
Always select Tron TRC-20 or Arbitrum One.
Sending to another network will result in loss of funds.
Delay in P2P crediting
May occur if the other party has not confirmed the transaction.
If the time expires, you can open a dispute directly from the app.
