Withdrawal via P2P (local currency)
Open the P2P market in the app.
Select Sell USDT.
Choose a withdrawal method available in your country (e.g., Nequi, Mercado Pago, Pix, Yape).
Once you receive the payment in your bank account or wallet, confirm the release of USDT.
Withdrawal to external wallets (USDT)
Go to your wallet in the app and select Withdraw.
Enter the external wallet address and select the network (Tron TRC-20 or Arbitrum One).
Confirm the transaction.
Once processed on the blockchain, the funds will be sent to the specified address.

What happens if you withdraw to a wallet that isn’t yours?
Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
If you send funds to the wrong address or an address you don’t own, El Dorado is not responsible for the loss.
