📖 Service hours

  • Monday to Friday: from 8:00 am to 4:00 am the next day (local time).

  • Saturday and Sunday: from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (local time).


📖 Average response times

  • First response time: around 5 minutes.

  • Average ticket resolution time: approximately 50 minutes.

  • Times may vary depending on case complexity or ticket volume.

  • To speed up resolution, always include:

    • Your username.

    • A clear description of the problem.

    • Screenshots or receipts, if applicable.
